• Free pick-up by Mini Van at your hotel around Sapa Town or Sapa Sao Viet Bus Office (3 N2 Str, Sapa Market, Sapa)
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for passenger who want to go to Airport

• Sao Viet has many bus and each bus has different design and color. But the quality of bus is the same. We can not sure about design and color of the bus.

2. Will the bus pick up directly from the airport to Sapa?

Sao Viet Bus has the minivan pick up from Domestic Lobby – Arrival Gate E5 or International Lobby – Column 17 1F to Sao Viet Office near the airport. Then you get on the sleeper bus to go straight to Sapa

3. If I choose a double cabin for 1 people, do I have to share double cabin with someone else?

If you have 1 people and want to book 1 double cabin, you don’t have to share double cabin with anyone.

4. From Sapa to Hanoi, will the bus drop off to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter?

Sao Viet Bus can only drop off to Sao Viet office in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then please take a taxi by yourself to your hotel

5. Can we get cabins close together or side by side?

Depending on status of the bus, we will always arrange cabins side by side

6. If our flight is delayed or arrived earlier, can we change to the later bus or the earlier bus?

Depending on status of the bus when we receive your announcement. We will try to arrange for you. To be sure, please let us know around 5 hours before departure time.

7. Can we leave our luggage at bus office?
