VIC SAPA TRAIN train has 3 classes of the cabin

• VIP 1 cabin with 1 large, comfortable bed ( Queen size ), suitable for couples who love privacy or families with a child who is under 5 years old.
•  VIP 2 cabin has 2 seperatly single soft beds which are very comfortable with fully luxury equipments in cabin.
•  LUXURY cabin: this compartment has 4 soft sleeper beds, suitable for large families, friends, or big group. The individual traveller loves this choice very much to enjoy the trip and save the budget.

The interior is designed, decorated with luxurious tones, natural wooden paneling in all cabins with many modern equipments  based on the combination of local and Western style.

Vic Sapa Train Itinerary

Way from Hanoi Station to Lao Cai Station (22:00 – 06:05)

• 21:00: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
• 22:00: Departed to Lao Cai Train Station
• 06:05: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station
• 08:15: Arrived at Sapa for people who book the Transfer to Sapa from Lao Cai Train Station.

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:30 – 05:35)

• 18:00: Start at Sapa Town for people who book the Transfer to Lao Cai Train Station from Sapa.
• 20:40: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
• 21:30: Departed to Hanoi Train Station
• 05:30: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station

1. Does Vic Sapa train have own toilet in each private cabin?

No, there are 2 toilets for each platform of Vic Sapa train

2. How to find Vic Sapa Train at Train Station?

In Hanoi: The entrance is located at 120 Le Duan Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The Waiting Room is on the right of the Hanoi railways station. It is a VIP room with the sign Vic Sapa Train. You will use the train voucher that we sent through your email when we confirm your booking to exchange for the actual train tickets at our waiting room. Then the check-in gate to enter the railways station is Gate 2B on the 2nd floor of Hanoi railways station.

Please note: The waiting room and the Check-in gate are only open about 1 hour before the departure time.

In Lao Cai: In Lao Cai Train Station, there are not have waiting room. We only have a ticket counter which is located on the left of the Lao Cai train station.

You can also ask the officials at the railways station for help if you could not find our ticket office. Voucher should be with you for better guide!

3. Can we choose the gender of the customer who share the cabin with?

No can not, that was random choice please

4. Is there any Air-conditioner at Vic cabin ?

Yes there is  a central air-conditioner which is used for the whole train. Therefore, we cannot turn it off but there are places on the ceiling that you can turn down a little bit if the air-conditioning is too strong.

5. When we get off Lao Cai Station, how to find the driver take us to Sapa?

The driver will hold your name board to pick up at Lao Cai station
