The Family Express train is a popular train service operating between Hanoi and Sapa, a mountainous town in northern Vietnam. The train is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient method of transportation for families traveling together.

The train departs from Hanoi in the evening and arrives in Lao Cai, the city closest to Sapa, early in the morning. From there, passengers can catch a shuttle or taxi to Sapa, about 35 km away.

- 22:00: Departed to Lao Cai Train Station
- 06:05: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station
- 08:15: Arrived at Sapa for people who book the Transfer to Sapa from Lao Cai Train Station.
Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:30 – 05:35)
- 18:00: Start at Sapa Town for people who book the Transfer to Lao Cai Train Station from Sapa.
- 20:40: Arrived at Lao Cai Train Station for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for paper tickets at this point
- 21:30: Departed to Hanoi Train Station
- 05:30: Arrived at Hanoi Train Station
