Each bus usually has 10 single cabins on upper deck and 10 double cabin on lower deck.

These cabin will divided into 5 rows on board ( 5 rows on upper deck and 5 rows on ower deck).

1 row has 2 cabins facing each other and side by side.

Each cabin has windows so you can see the scenery along the way.

Double Cabin & Single Cabin is same size 90cm wide * 180cm long

Double Cabin is at Lower deck and fit for 2 thin people

Single Cabin is at Upper deck and just for 1 people

Normally, there are two stop points on the way. You can take a rest; eat or buy some food; use the toilet.

Way from Hanoi to Sapa

• 6:45 and 22:00 everyday we pick up at the meeting point 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi. After 1 hour, we pick up at the meeting point Noi Bai Airport Domestic Lobby – Arrival Pillar 9 1st floor or International Lobby – Pillar 18 1F 1st floor (extra 2$ / group).
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for pickup passenger after 1 hour
• Around 13:15 and 4:30 arrive Sapa Group Bus Office – 426 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sa Pa, Lao Cai and the Mini Van will take the passengers to their accommodation around Sapa Town but there is a distance limit.

Way from Sapa to Hanoi

• Around 13:00 free pick-up by Mini Van at your hotel around Sapa Town but there is a distance limit and 13:30 everyday we pick up at the meeting point Sapa Group Bus Office – 426 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sa Pa, Lao Cai
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for passenger who want to go to Airport around 19:30
• Around 20:30 arrive 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

• Children with age 0 – 4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
• You are not allowed to eat or bring any food on board
• The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions

After 1 hour departuring from Hanoi Old Quarter. Sapa Group Bus will pick up directly from the airport.

3. If I choose a double cabin for 1 people, do I have to share double cabin with someone else?

If you have 1 people and want to book 1 double cabin, you don’t have to share double cabin with anyone.

4. From Sapa to Hanoi, will the bus drop off to hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter?

Sapa Group Bus can only drop off in 160 Tran Quang Khai street, Hanoi Old Quarter. Then please take a taxi by yourself to your hotel

5. Can we get cabins close together or side by side?

Depending on status of the bus, we will always arrange cabins side by side

6. Can we leave our luggage at bus office in Hanoi Old Quarter?

Sapa Group Bus doesn’t has an office in Hanoi. It has an office in 426 Dien Bien Phu street, Sapa Town
