• Each bus usually has 12 single cabins on upper deck and 10 double cabin on lower deck.
• These cabin will divided into 5 rows on board ( 6 rows on upper deck and 5 rows on ower deck).
• 1 row has 2 cabins facing each other and side by side.
• Each cabin has windows so you can see the scenery along the way.

• Double Cabin & Single Cabin is same size 90cm wide * 180cm long
• Double Cabin is at Lower deck and fit for 2 thin people
• Single Cabin is at Upper deck and just for 1 people

• Normally, there are two stop points on the way. You can take a rest; eat or buy some food; use the toilet.

Way from Hanoi to Sapa

• 07:00 and 22:00 daily pick up at the meeting point 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or Noi Bai Airport (International terminal airport pick up at column 10 1F and pick up at the domestic terminal E door E1 )
• Cars can also stop at Noi Bai Office to pick up passengers
• 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. arrive at Kadham Sapa Bus (Kad Bus Sapa, 645 Dien Bien Phu, Sa Pa)

Way from Sapa to Hanoi

• 14:00 and 22:00 everyday we pick up at the meeting point Kadham Bus Sapa Office 645 Dien Bien Phu Str, Sapa, Lao Cai( Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/bukGkppDLU4KJmAx9)
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for passenger who want to go to Airport
• 20:00 and 4:00 arrive 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

It will take about 1 hour to clear immigration and receive action at the airport

2. Does the car pick you up directly from the airport to Sapa?
Kadham Bus picks up passengers from Domestic – Lobby E Door E1 or International Lobby – Column 10 1F

3. If I choose a duplicate cabin for 1 person, do I have to share a double cabin for one person or do I have to share it with another person?
If you are traveling alone and want to book a double cabin, it is not necessary to share the double cabin with anyone.

4. From Sapa to Hanoi, does the bus drop off at the hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter?
Kadham buses can only drop off passengers at 160 Tran Quang Khai street. Then take a taxi to the hotel

5. Can we place cabins close to each other or next to each other?
Depending on the vehicle’s condition, we will arrange the sides of the cabin

6. If your flight is delayed or arrives earlier, can we change to a later bus or an earlier bus?
Depending on the vehicle’s condition when we receive your notification. We will try to arrange it for you. To be sure, please let us know about 5 hours before the start time.
